May our children have this song upon their hearts.
As you continue in prayer, lift up the children in your life (ie. personal children, students (current and former), relatives, neighbors, and church family). Ask God to show you how you can specifically pray for their upbringing in the Word of God.
TRAIN UP A CHILD
Train
up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from
it.

Dear
Heavenly Father,
Thank
You for being all wise, and all knowing. Thank You for knowing the thoughts of our
hearts and our end from our beginning. No one can fathom the depths of Your
wisdom. We acknowledge that Your ways are higher than our ways, Your thoughts
are higher than our thoughts, and You truly are the Master Teacher.
Your
word encourages us to train up a child in the way that they should go. You also
command us to allow the little children to come to You for the Kingdom of
Heaven belongs to those who accept and follow You with the faith of a child.
Today
Lord, through the power of the Holy Spirit, we decree a crumbling and
destruction of every hindrance, lie, curriculum, or policy that prohibits the
children and youth of this land to be trained in Your truth. We halt and erase
the plans of humanism and atheism to diminish the worth, existence, power,
glory, necessity and complexities of the One and Only, True and Living God. May
our schools and universities return to the core of teaching that our country
was founded on; the Word of God in daily instruction.
For
Your educators, we declare an increase in wisdom, favor, and discernment to
teach, talk and train in love. Holy Spirit, pour this out over us on this and every
day. For Your glory, victory is ours and the territory of education belongs to
You.

is over all and through all and in all, Jesus the Christ,
