Salvation

Have you noticed that something was missing in your life? You can’t put your finger on it, but you know that there is something greater than you and something more out there…

You’ve come to the right place! I'm here to tell you that there is a God and He loves you. He really, really loves you. His name is Jesus and today you can come to know Him and accept Him as your Lord and Savior. I’m so glad you’ve joined me here at Educator Dominion where educators are receiving direction from Jesus on how to teach with peace, excellence and love regardless of the school setting or caliber of students and coworkers. If you want to know how we smile in the face of adversity and overcome impossible situations with miracles, then I invite you to continue reading about the One who makes it possible.

Where It All Started
The Bible tells us in the book of Genesis 1, that in the beginning God created a perfect environment, issued a perfect decree and perfectly created us in His image and likeness. Unfortunately, due to the sinful act of disbelief and disobedience, sin would enter the world through the first man, Adam, and alter everything God desired for us. But God was not willing to give up on His creation.

True Love
Thankfully, God so loved this world (John 3: 16), even in its imperfect state, and its imperfect people, that He stepped through the portals of glory and came to this earth in the form of a man. THIS perfect man, named Jesus, who was God incarnate, would take on every sin that was ever committed and ever would be committed so that through His willing sacrifice of death on the cross, anyone who would ever believe in Him might be reconciled to Him and one day be returned to that perfected state in a new perfected heaven and earth.

We All Need a Savior
I invite you to read this passage from the book of Romans 3 in the bible (New Living Translation)
22 We are made right with God by placing our faith in Jesus Christ. And this is true for everyone who believes, no matter who we are.
23 For everyone has sinnedwe all fall short of God’s glorious standard. 24 Yet God freely and graciously declares that we are righteous. He did this through Christ Jesus when He freed us from the penalty for our sins. 25 For God presented Jesus as the sacrifice for sin. People are made right with God when they believe that Jesus sacrificed His life, shedding His blood. This sacrifice shows that God was being fair when He held back and did not punish those who sinned in times past, 26 for He was looking ahead and including them in what He would do in this present time. God did this to demonstrate His righteousness, for He himself is fair and just, and He declares sinners to be right in His sight when they believe in Jesus.
Romans 6:23 says,  "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.”

He’s Here Waiting For You
The bible assures us in Romans 10:9-10 that; "… you will be saved, if you honestly say, Jesus is Lord, and if you believe with all your heart that God raised Him from death. God will accept you and save you, if you truly believe this

Are your ready to accept His call today? It’s as simple as ABC and 123
  • Admit that you are a sinner in need of a His saving power.
  • Believe that Jesus came to this earth to die on the cross carrying the sins of the world so that we would not have to pay the penalty for sin
  • Confess that Jesus is the Christ and Savior of this world and receive Him as such; your Lord and your Savior

Ready to Receive Salvation?
If you believe and you know you are ready, pray this prayer right now:

"Dear Heavenly Father,
I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am a sinner. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you. I am in need of your forgiveness. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer.  So now I want to surrender my whole life and live a life of obedience to You. Please forgive me, wash away my sin with Your blood, turn my life around, and show me how to know You, and grow in Your love and grace more  every day.  I receive this gift from God which is eternal life with Him and I ask that from this day forward, Your Holy Spirit lead and guide me all truth so that I may live in right standing with God and man. Therefore, I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life and to rule and reign in my heart from this moment on. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me to understand the fullness of what it means to have a relationship with You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life.
                                                 In Jesus' name I pray,
                                                                                  Amen."

What now?  1,2,3

Congratulations! You have completed your first step on your journey in belonging to the body of Christ, which is The Church, and is also known as "The Bride of Christ".  Welcome to the family! The bible says that all the angels and all of heaven are rejoicing just for you!
2 But you're not done yet!  Just like a wedding, there's more to it than just accepting the groom's invitation to be married.  There is a public ceremony which involves your verbal commitment before others - baptism.  Acts 2: 37-39
3 The last thing to get you totally grafted into the family of God is for you to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Jesus says in John 14 and 16 that He would give us Himself as an indwelling Counselor, Comforter that teaches us, and leads and guides us in all truth.
Receiving this gift of God within in you is much like the wedding night.  It is the consummation of your relationship.  It is what keeps you close and intimate to Jesus.

Like in any real marriage, communication is key, so incorporate daily bible reading and prayer (two-way communication with God). Go meet your new brothers and sisters in Christ by joining a strong Bible-believing church where you can grow and flourish in this new life of yours.
Please let me know that you made a decision to receive Christ today by emailing Educatordominion@gmail.com so that our community of believing educators may keep you in prayer.

I can’t wait to hear your testimony!

Your sister in Christ,

Toni
